Just about to swap some wheels between two of my kubota tractors and noticed a kubota part number label on the back rims with an indication of handedness i.e. one wheel is marked left and the other right. Can anybody shed any light on this? I initially thought the rims might be a different offset but searching the parts diagrams seems to indicate the rims are the same but the sticker differentiates the handedness. Could be for agri or industrial tyres which have a direction of rotation but i doubt it makes much difference to grass tyres.

Labeled according to how tires are mounted.

As far as I know, all tractor tires are lugged to be directional- even turf tires
