Looking to add a reverse light switch so, just like a vehicle, rear lights only come on when in reverse, on off going forward. HST direction pedal offers its own challenges to this.
Any Ideas?
Thanks

Radio Shack used to be the place to go for contact switches. An electronics store may have a normally open contact switch. Then it's just figuring out how to mount it.

My suggestion: Motorcycle rear brake light switch assembly. Designed to trigger as soon as the pedal is depressed, then spring loaded to allow full travel.

Look at your electrical schematics for the backup alarm circuit. Tap in to it to trigger a power relay. Provide fused power line from relay to your desired backup light location. Be happy you are now done.

Personally I would add a manual switch to turn a flood light on when needed. Are you are adding a flashing light with your backup alarm for visual and audio indication?
