Anyone have these amber light lenses fall apart?

I noticed that my back right amber lenses (front n back) fell of the light. Can I buy just the lense or do I have to buy the light assembly? Cost idea?

Work around a lot of trees and damage or loosing lens was a problem. A nylon wire across the lens helped secured them. Tractor supply had the Best Buy on hoses type of fixtures. Could buy a whole fixture cheaper than one lens at Kubota.

Eventually made some guards from some stainless steel tubing. Easy fabrication. Has

helped the most. Paul Short makes them and have seen them on eBay made from painted steel.

Yes you can buy replacement lenses, I seem to remember mine was like $10-20. Like Smokeydog I had some schedule 40 pipe kicking around and I made some light protectors.

I also tend to try and trim my trees higher. I stll have problems with branches knocking my mirrors out of position. Joys of having a cab/rops.

I have knocked my off. A lot cheaper to buy aftermarket. My dealer does not even stock the oem lens, but they do keep aftermarket ones to replace the oem ones.

I have also adjusted mine to be a lot closer the tractor.

I put amber LED bulbs into mine so they are 100 times brighter. The only time that I use them is during a snowstorm. I haven't lost any lenses yet, but that might be because they are mounted a lot lower on the BX even with a cab. I did have both of my front cab lights burn out a couple of the LEDs, and replacements are out of sight. Because of the way that they are mounted, there are no inexpensive substitutes for the Kubota lights.

Way back when my B7500 had what Kubota called "winker lights" that were factory-mounted where the lenses could easily be popped out when small branches rubbed them.

on one side both covers fell off. We looked around where I had been working. My wife found them. One lense was cracked a bit and the other fine.

Loosing rhymes with goosing and juicing, which are things you probably do not want to do to your amber lenses.

And because English is a perfectly sensible language, losing rhymes with boozing, and you shouldn't do either of those with your tractor.

It also rhymes with musing, which is something to think about.
