Anybody else getting calls from

I pretty much answer my phone with any number shown. I have rental property and may be in inquiry for availability.

Lately I have been answering the phone, "I'll take a dozen!" Then don't say anything. If it's a human they will studder, stammer or ask a specific question. For some reason a computer call doesn't have the right clue to tell me it's Susie and it's my last change to get my auto maintenance policy renewed, and just disconnects. It does generate some interesting calls from folks with serious questions!

i get calls like that ALL the time. I just ignore most of them. Screener weeds out a lot of them but not all. If it ain't on my contacts list, I don't answer. If they're important, they will leave a voicemail. Simple. I might or might not answer the voicemail depending on who it is and if a legitimate message was left, which is exactly what the greeting says. "If you have something to sell, please hang up now. If you need to talk to me, leave a message and I might call you back".

I donated blood a couple months ago and now I get calls from a “potential spam” number only to have the red cross leave me a message. I assume it’s them and they’re about to wear me out.
My old bosses number was almost identical too a doctors office. It got to the point where he changed his voice mail instructing them that they had called the wrong number., then cleave them the correct number. He had people argue with him numerous times that they were right about the number they called and that he was wrong. Lol.

There was some scam going around a couple years ago that was claiming to be the Red Cross - I wonder if that's back? (or hasn't gone away)

4 or 5 times a day between my work phone and personal phone. All though the winter weather may be hindering the amount of phone calls they make.

I only received one call from them today.
