Any reason to stay away from a new M7060?

Everyone has shared really good advice. Now, can anyone tell we why I SHOULD NOT buy a new M7060 4x4? Anyone have a bad experience or any known weak points I should know? Totally new to Kubota, always been an older JD owner--so totally new territory for me. What about this regen business? Bad deal or ok??

We own several different brands and know of no weak points with the new M60 Series. The M40 shift linkage is a bit rough, but that was corrected with more direct linkage on the M60.

The regen seems to be a non issue and it seems we worried way to much about it.

The only reason not to buy an M7060 is if you really need an M8560. :eek:

Otherwise all is good. ;)

Yeah, we tried a 70HP several years ago and had to go with an 80HP.

The lack of a 12/12 was the only real problem I saw with the M7040.

One of the things we really like about the M Series is the limited slip differential front drive. We regularly got our Case CX80 stuck, but never got our M8540 stuck.

There is a young man not far from me that used OLD and I mean OLD stuff to farm with and it worked well enough for him except he was working on them as much as working with them,,,
Fast forward to the beginning of 2016.. Gas company came in bought his gas rights set 2 wells up on the farm,,, and now there is an M7060 open station and one with a cab. I asked him how he like the new K's ,his answer was OMG I didnt know they made tractors that worked like they do, if he died right then it would have taken a week to get the smile off his face. So there ya have it, I say go for it and I really doubt you will be sorry, I know Drew isnt
