Any "city boy" tractor owners out there?

We have 3 acres about a block from downtown......of 1,279 people. All grass. I use it to blow 300' of driveway, 250' sidewalk, and neighbors on both sides of me. Occasionally the church siedwalks. in the spring, drive all over town tilling gardens. Today the wife that it is paying for the toys.....implements. Don't think she buys it though. Drive a block to the station to fuel up. I can get about 3 mowing before fueling up.

My 98 L35 serves my lightly wooded 1.5 acres perfectly. Between yard-work, moving firewood to the porch, snow removal duties I put about 8 hours on it a year for the past 2 years. When I bought my land 7 years ago I picked up my tractor used with about 750 hrs now has right about 1000. During the first few years it got a heck of a workout, now it's semi retired. I have a trailer I do maybe a couple odd jobs a year with it for others. It's paid for itself over the years and doesn't cost me anything to own other then scheduled maintenance so I don't see it going anywhere soon.
