Another B2601 mod.

Hello all just showing another mod I made to my B2601. Never liked the steps Kubota makes for stepping up onto the seat, they are flimsy and seem to deflect the sheet metal on the floor board and fender, very poor design. So I made mine from 2" tube one length from one side to the other, all I did was make a bracket to fit the 2 bolts that are all ready on the frame just had to replace the 2 grade 8 bolts with longer ones. Now I do not know if this would work with a mid mount lawn mower ( I don't have one) but if the PTO shaft goes down to a mower it may work. THKS
