LX3310, FEL, 60" bucket, 60" grapple, 60" box blade, 60" flail, LX2980 blower,
Waiting from Sept 6th 'til today, not sure when (or even if) my newly ordered LX3310 and associated implements would arrive was hard. I thought if they could just confirm they had all the parts and could give me a firm delivery date it would be better -- wrong. They called yesterday and my tractor (and everything except the commercial snowblower) is ready for pickup and the snowblower was confirmed on the truck leaving the Kubota warehouse. I am hunting pheasants in SD next week so the delivery is now set in stone for Nov 24th.
Now it is front of mind. When it was an, "it will get here when it gets here" item it was way easier forget about it for a few days at a time. I am guessing it will be distracting every day between now and then (except when hunting). I am super excited - it is my first tractor. It will be used to manage our cabin and 57 acres of northern MN land that is a mix of woods, wetlands, clearings (approx 7 acres clear), 3/4 mile of gravel driveways and many wooded trails - much of the recently purchased 35 acre portion has been untouched for a decade, so much to do there. We will also be building a number of "guest cabins" for close family. This sucker will get a workout over the next 5 years.
I picked the LX 3310 with 60" implements because the L4060 was too big for our trails and tight areas and I wanted mid-PTO for a front snowblower. If not for the trails I would have gone 4060 with 72" implements.
It is coming no cab (again, tight trails and lots of on/off work - I am sure I will regret it each winter), front 3rd hydraulic, grapple, FEL, 60" bucket, R14 tires, wheel spacers, pallet forks, box blade, commercial snowblower, filled tires and chains. I also got a 60" heavy duty flail mower from Bestsco that delivered last week.
I will post a picture when it hits the ground.
