After a few test drives and several nights of debate, we ended up purchasing an LX2610 with R14 tires, loader, 60" QA bucket, 60" box blade, and 60" MMM. I am going to see how it handles my RCR1860 rotary cutter before I sell it. Thank you to everyone who took the time to give their opinions!
Congrats....and enjoy.

be sure to provide some feedback on how it works for you.

Congratulations on the new tractor. Your LX2610 should handle your RCR 1860 just fine, it’s only 0.5 pto HP below the quoted 20HP for the cutter, remember these are only guide figures, it really depends on ground speed and what you are cutting.

Yeah I'm sure it will do just fine with it. I'll report back on how it handles the weight of that cutter on my hills.
