air filter housing part help needed

My air filter housing is missing a part, it's a L1500 according to my parts list for it, a L175, L225 and a L185 they all show the ring with the thumb screw but that is not what mine has. Does anyone have a model with this type of housing canister closure? If so what model do you have and or do you know what part number this part is?

Looks like the same as the newer B7100, but without dimensions can't be sure.

Not sure what the part number is. But Donaldson pretty much has the market for air filter housings. In the past, I've been able to take the filter into the local auto parts store and have them look up the air filter housing. Sometimes I've been able to get parts, sometimes I've had to just order a new housing.

Bill, I may have one. I had a B7100 that was missing the inner baffle and the snap clips to hold that cover on. I bought new clips (have to order them in pairs).

I ended up buying a complete filter canister housing used from an individual parting out a machine.

I'm pretty sure you can order all the components from the dealer, but the cost is crazy!!

Looking at my notes, look for "baffle cover" part # 15221-11410 was $32.50, and air cleaner co0ver gasket part number 15221-11170 was 12.51.

YES, everything is dipped in GOLD, I am finding out, probably going to Cypress for my main shaft, gear and bearing cover!
