finally got it working (i hope). the reversed lift arms caused too much angle for the levelling arms and ball mounts so i switched the arms back to factory and instead extended the check-chains with d-shackles so while mounted inboard they will now fit into the correct holes in the lifting arms. i think this gives a better angle. i think i have enough arm spread now although i have not tested it on every implement yet.
i also have a much wider track after reversing the rims on the hubs and i will call that a win since i didn't know i could do that when i started out troubleshooting the 3 point, and i prefer the width. i did just realize typing this that i forgot to swap wheel sides when i did that to keep the treads aligned so i will need to go back and do that.
