Advise on a 3560HSTC

Is a 3560hstc enough tractor to handle the extra weight of a cab with air/heat?
Will be using a 5ft brush hog and tiller, both LandPride.
Along with a rake and rear blade.
Will have a loader with bucket.
Brush hog and tiller work will average maybe 20 hours a year. Rest will be snow removal and lighter use.
For $2700 I can buy up to a 4060hstc, but do I really need the extra HP and cost.
Advice from current owners of 3940/3960 HSTC would be helpful.

I've heard complaints about small 30-something HP tractors with cab, AC, HST Not having enough power. I'd want at least 40hp in a rig like this & personally wouldn't consider one under 50hp...

You are adding about 1200lbs to your L3800HST, taking away 2 hp at the PTO, and asking it to run 2mph faster for top speed. While the AC is running, you'll probably lose another horse.
I think you will notice the difference. Whether or not it is an issue is really your call. Why not just put an aftermarket cab on the 3800?

For just snow removal, taking it very slow, you might be alright.

I would Not trade my L3800DT for a 38hp HST cab tractor. No way!

If it is any help, I have a L3540 HSTCC with a loader, front blower and 72" rear finish mower and could not be more satisfied. Would more HP be better, of course. Do I need it? Not yet.

Have you measured the width of your tractor? I'm wondering if a 5' rotary mower will cut out the tracks of the tractor. I currently own a L3830GST (a replacement L5460 HSTC is on order) with R4 tires and a 6' rotary mower barely cuts out the tracks.

Personally, I don't suspect a problem with a cab and air conditioning. Enjoy the comfort and the lack of breathing the dust and chaff.
