Hi all and Merry Christmas,

Looking for advice on what brand to get or stay away from regarding a hydraulic pump on the upper arm of a PTO.
I have a Kubota MX5400 that this pump would go on.
When I bought the tractor, I had the seller install the hydraulic system needed for the bucket ( 4&1 bucket) and was told because I already have this on the tractor currently, I'll i need is the pump for the upper arm and a couple of hydraulic lines and fitting to have the pump functional.
Any input, positive or negative with this project will be appreciative! Or better yet, if you have a pump on your PTO and if you are happy with it.

All the best to all in the New Year

Ok I think we are having a real issue with terminology.

PTO (Power Take Off) is the shaft that spins on the back of the tractor.
You do not need another pump, the tractor already has a full working Hydraulic pump system.

I think what your calling a pump is the hydraulic cylinder???

I'm betting what you need is a third function valve.
This valve would control a front loader attach implement like a 4 in 1 or a grapple.

Summit, Land pride, (Kubota) and WR long all have kits to do that.

Yea it seems that now nomenclature is picked out of a hat.
My excavators aux circuit on the boom is called PTO in the
shop manual.
