Adding rear lights

I have a new Kubota L3302 and the red lights on the rear aren't bright enough at nite. What light for the rear do you guys recommend? Do I go with LED and can you connect to the rear light?

I installed LED on mine. When I redid it I did all LED even the IP warning lights are LED now

I replaced all the bulbs on my older BX with LED.

Many (not all) tractor bulbs are common automotive bulbs and can be found in an auto parts store.

If you look at the parts diagram and part number for your tractor you may find a clue about an LED replacement.

Only an example, I think I found I had incandescent bulbs that were 1156 or 881 in their description. Both are common auto bulbs. I was easily able to find 1156 or 881 compatible bulbs at NAPA or Advanced Auto.

It is worth doing. I have to get in the road for snow work. I’m a lot more visible both night and day now!

My garage is very bright, and the bulbs all show easily.

Did a quick search of you taillight bulbs. Look like conventional auto bulbs, but didn't find an auto version number or LED equivalent quickly.

I'm 98% sure they're easily gotten.

I would take one out. Take a trip to an auto store and compare. Betting you can find an LED version, or a least find what bulb model number it is.

To be clear, you are only looking at making your RED lights brighter?

Or, are you ALSO looking to put a rear facing work light (bright white) on?

If your interested in increasing the bulb output and reducing latency from either your front or rear bulbs, high quality leds will certainly help. I added led headlights, taillights and lollipop lights to my LX2610 for the sole purpose of being more visible when I'm plowing snow near the road at night. I also added a led beacon and I engage the hazards whenever I am plowing near the road. Since I'm still here to tell the story, it has seemed to work well so far.

The OEM Bulb is spendy!
