No thats not how it is supposed to be. The valve has P, T ,and PB ports and he was only using P and PB. Here is my best guess as to ports. You need to use all three.My tractor doesn’t use that block. The guy I bought it from had it on a Kubota b6100 I believe (he bought it used so not sure what it was on before that). He said he had it working but it was really slow because his pump GPM was too low. When I was testing it the way it is it will move plenty of fluid through the current “t” and “p” ports and then when you push handle in any direction it cuts flow off so assuming it’s directing it to the cylinder lines then let handle go and flow continued out. From my very little understanding that’s how it’s supposed to be isn’t it?
