What gauge are you using?
I bet you’re making more than 5psi under heavy load situations.

My ISSPro combo EGT/Boost gauge isn’t super accurate for PSI but, does a good job for EGT and I’m much more comfortable monitoring the EGT’s during heavy use with the Turbo.

Just a gauge from my gauge collection, a little 1 inch gauge with a 270 degree sweep with a 0 to 30psi span. I'll try another gauge, maybe my carburetor diagantic compound gauge, its got a 3 inch face and reads vacuum to 15psi maybe I'll get a little bit better resolution with that one.

Still only hitting about 5psi.
No vacuum so that's good.
Runs 2 to 3 psi of boost when mowing.
I cut open the oils filter that's been on there most of the time that the turbo has been on there. No metal that I could see, just some sludge and a nice dirty wix filter.
Replaced it with a fram FE3600.
