add the thumb to titan pallet forks

I would like to add the thumb to my titan pallet forks. Anyone done this, or have any suggestions.

That's a project I've had on my list for a while now that I've just never got around to starting. I might add mounts to directly attach the thumb to the frame, but one of these may be the way to go, I like the first version best, seems most versatile.
If you go for it please post some pics I'd love to see it.

I like the idea of slip on grapple, but I also would want the grapple mounted to the backplate rather than the forks themselves so I could grab larger piles of brush and such. If you look at the fork design, you couldn't get that much "fluff" into the grapple before its full.
