Hi Russbuckey
A while back I wanted more light on my little orange beast too, and so I mounted lights to the ROPS. I take them off in the summer so we can go through treed areas, but put them on for winter snow removal.
I have the schematic and some pics of how I did it on another post:

Just whatever you do, when you mount them don't say anything about drilling the ROPS (it can spark a debate that is unintended).
In retrospect, using high-strength magnets may have been a better idea from a practical standpoint anyway as I would not have needed a 13mm wrench to remove them in the off-season. I would highly recommend making your own sub-harness using spool 16 ga. wire, wiring loom, and weather-pack connectors (you can get these at a pick-and-pull junkyard if you don't work in a repair shop). As well, use a feed and ground straight from the battery to avoid pulling more current from a small-gauge factory circuit wire than it was designed to handle.
Auxiliary lighting is priceless, especially on winter evenings moving snow. I finally got around to clearing my driveway tonight and it was great to see what I was doing.
Post pics of your lighting project as you get it done - we all love pictures!
