Hello,
Do you think it's possible to adjust the flow rate of the pump?

Yesterday I disconnected hydraulic line from pump to rear 3pt hitch cylinder & the fluid leaked slowly....

Maybe the pump pressure the fluid just when the line is closed?

Or maybe there's a problem with my pump?

Sometimes when implement is attached, the lift is 'jerky', not smooth !

But maybe it's just because the fluid isn't hot, I really don't know???

If someone could give me an advice...
Thanks.

(Sorry it's my first tractor.) ;p

Answer to first question .... NO. Someone who is skilled can however adjust the pressure, but it's not usually a good idea. Jerkyness is not because of the pump, it's the controls. The pump flow rate is constant for a given RPM unless it's a two stage pump (because pump speed is fixed to engine speed). But normally, jerky ups and downs are symptoms of the valves or control linkage.

If you pulled the output line off the pump and only get a small amount of flow out of it, you have either too low of fluid, damaged (sucking air), a plugged intake screen (if equipped), a plugged intake filter (if equipped), and or blown seals, broken or damaged pump, or broken or damaged input shaft or gear.
