The federal govt is sending (like 100) agents to Kansas City to help solve homicide cases. There are so many killings in KC the police force can not put the time into them to get them solved and in the mean time more are killed.

in my case "RFBM" means "refried beans matter"
I assumed that "BBM" meant "black beans matter"...
