Picked up a Kubota knob back when I was doing fluid changes in November. Not impressed with the quality. the provided screws pulled out of the inserts while tightening. Solved the issue by getting a couple longer screws, reaming out the holes and going in from the top. A couple nylon locking nuts self seated nicely in the plastic on the bottom. Good and tight now. Just need to trim the screws down, put a little paint on the exposed metal and call it done

Well the odds are real good it was 'made in China'...... hence the 'quality'.....
if your tractor is hydrosteering, the neckers knob will be anywhere around the clock......,it'll never stay at 10.

@johnjk - I had about the same luck with that knob and ended up doing the same thing you did. Hasn't budged for over a year with the longer screws.

If I may make a suggestion, you may want to place that spinner in a slightly different position. Where you have it, it will interfere with you turning the steering wheel if you are not using the spinner. If you place it like in the attached picture you may find it to be more useful. Also, if you place it on the spoke as shown, you will have a shorter spin when turning, resulting in a faster turn of the steering wheel. Just a thought.

My B3200 has a knob up at the same position. I am used to that location. Thanks for the suggestion though. I may move it to see how I like it

I always try to stop with my know to the right of the wheel. I get off and my dam shirt is hung up on the knob. After a couple times of that. I stop with knob to the right. But I do like the knob alot.

I bought the Kubota knob when I first got my new L3560 but have never put it on, and don't miss having one. The steering is so easy.

Never thought about that but can see it happening. I don’t remember having that problem on my b7510 but this BX seems a little tight getting on and off. I’m only 11 years further down the road... doubt that has anything to do with it!😊

Bruce you can't miss it since you an't used it.
Slap it on and use it a month. After that your hand goes instinctively for the knob.
Try it You'll Like It.
