my father accidently dropped a small screw drive into the axle trying to check the level, no I am trying to pull the right tire off and get to it. I have the tire off and the castle nut holding the rod together. I was wondering if I could undo those four bolts holding the spindle and everything to the axle housing and get to the inside of the housing? Thanks

Is the screw in the center housing? If so you can just take the four bolts you mentioned out and remove the spindle assembly. The drive shaft inside the center housing will then pull out and you should be able to get your screw out!:D The spindle is sealed to the center section with an oring, it should be alright to reuse it. You should be able to get the spindle assembly off without removing the tie rod end.

Wheel nuts are 60 ftlbs. I have never torqued the other bolts but I looked it up, manual says 56- 66 ftlbs. hope this helps!

I answered that in your other post, That is a common complain on the b7800 and similar tractors.
