hmmm.... really depends on condition of rad and water jacket of the block but maybe ...

take a jug of antifreeze and water, make 2 jugs of 50/50.... pour 1 in, then the other until full, run engine till hot with rad cap off,top up if needed ??
any 'leftover' will be used eventually...

Jay has the right idea just be sure it's distilled water to prevent introducing any minerals. Even if the eight quarts suggested doesn't fill your system it will be enough to safely run it. I really think he's hit it awfully close to the mark, though.

99.9% of engines get just plain water, but the water should have a neutral PH.

Did a bit of searching. The B6000 owners manual mentions radiator capacity is .79 gallons. I do not see that it mentions total cooling capacity. I know, not much help as to your specific question.

My B7100, which has a 3 cylinder engine but somewhat similar frame specifications and class of Kubota tractor lists "engine coolant capacity" at 4.9 US quarts. Again, I am not certain that is the TOTAL coolant capacity.
