I do not know much about the Topp - Stewart company history but do know they were early manufactures of 4 wheel drive ag tractors. The company was based in Clintonville Wisconsin which is also the home of FWD which was a pioneer in all wheel drive trucks.
The Topp Stewart also featured 4 wheel steering.
