I have a dealer installed 3rd function valve for the hydraulic angulation kit on the B2672 front snow plow. All is well and works fantastically but my FEL control buttons are counter intuitive. The top button rotates the plow left. I want to switch this so the top button rotates the plow right and bottom is left. I thought I could just remove the 3 screws on the control joystick and switch the buttons, but the control head will not easily separate after removing the 3 screws. It appears a plastic plug in the head of the joystick also hides a screw, but I cannot remove it with out significantly damaging it. SO, I pulled up the install guide here: landpride.com/ari/attach/lp/public/manuals/380-151m.pdf And thought I may be able to simply reverse the wires labeled "A" on harness "25" rather than reverse any of the hydraulic connections and have to deal with lost oil etc.

Anyone have this issue before or have any sound advice?
Thanks

If you have the two male quick connects like in Figure 5 just swap the Female connectors on them and you're all set.

Thanks edritchey.....that would make things pretty simple but each hydraulic hose that is quick connect terminated has one male and one female including the qc's below the figure 5 - #24 connections :-( Figure 5 connection(s) 24 are not quick disconnect (on top side)and that is the spot I thought of swapping the hoses if the rewiring is a no go. I would prefer not to unscrew those as I have never worked on hydraulic lines before and am unsure how to even add fluid that would certainly be lost. :(

You have three options:
Swap wires in red, swap fittings in blue only one side, and the easy one, swap the two fittings in yellow, you will lose about a 1/2 a cup or less of fluid, which will be no issue at all.

Get the OPS manual for the tractor and learn what fluids it takes and how to check them and where they go. ;)

Wow......think I was making this way too hard for myself.....I was looking for ways to change this while my plow was sitting on the shelf. Went to do some plowing tonight and realized I can simply change the QC on the plow lines and enjoy a cold one ! ! ! Thanks North Idaho Wolfman for your info. Going to let things warm up in the garage before taking a wrench to the two QC's on the plow side. Looks like I can simply elevate those connectors......unscrew each one, swap sides with some new tape and it's a done deal.

For the record I was able to get access to the wires from underneath the tractor and the 2 connectors are color coded clear and black each with 2 wires...a red and black and a yellow and green. Clearly different than what the install instructions show so I left it alone.

Thanks for the replies and advice.
