I have a B7500 HST and just love this tractor. The 7500 has basically a up/down 3 PT and is sometimes had to get the height set right. The B7510 HST, same tractor but has the incremental 3 PT system, where to set the lever to a specific spot and the 3 PT goes to the same height.

My question is what would it take to make my up/down into a incremental like the 7510 or is that a huge undertaking like changing out the back half of the tractor.

Thanks and regards

Huh- that's a good question. I don't have an answer, and I haven't heard of anyone converting one. If it can be done, though, someone on here will know.
My B7100 is the same way- I have adapted to it, and have no problems.

I know the 7500 doesn't have position control but the 3pt should be able to be adjusted on the feed back rod. My brother had a 7500 and we adjusted his so it would let down to the same height when needed. My old 7100 had the same adjustment on it.

How did you do that?

You will have to look at the lift arms where they are hooked to the tractor. The right side arm should have a small rod hooked to it. When you lift the arm piece will slide up the feed back rod and when the lift arm reaches the upper limit it will kick the control lever into the hold position. Same thing when you lower the 3pt. It should have a piece that is locked on the rod that limits the travel and these can be adjusted. The lift side shouldn't need any adjustment but the lower can be set anywhere you need it. It was real easy to see on the 7100 but it seems like it was hidden a little better on the 7500. It's been 12 yrs since I fooled with one and I have slept several times since. If you lower and raise the 3pt arms and watch what is moving you should be able to see the parts I'm talking about. I hope this helps.

There is a video on you tube of a guy that changed parts to make the 3ph move smoothly. Don't remember what series tractor, but it was a Kabota.
