3 Point will not lift implement

I have a 1997 L4350 and my 3 PH will not lift any weight. It will go up on its own (nothing attached), or I can physically assist it with lifting any implement. After load is up it will hold the weight indefinitly. I checked linkage to assure that they were not bent or broken. I did recently replace the loader control valve but it worked fine after that for approx. a month.

Check your pump pressure, if it checks out then your new valve may have a problem.
