I have both.
I’d say that neither one is “good” at raking. Certainly, the both are way better than not raking at all, but neither finish the job.

I use your Amazon for leaves. The bigger/thicker tines on the Vevor pull in too much sand along with the leaves (I’m in Florida). It does get more leaves but I can’t grab that pile of leaves and burn it. I use the Vevor styled rake more for driveway work, almost like a blade.

I have a similar one (Rural King brand). I wouldn't use it to rake leaves, as the Vevor pictures show - the tines are too stiff. It's great for putting the finishing touch on our gravel driveways (think kinder and gentler grader blade) and it's worked well for raking up sticks and rocks from the spoil in an area before grass is planted.

As some may know last month here in northern Michigan we got hammered by a massive ice storm. I live more in the woods so I had a boatload of limbs, twigs, and a lot of pine debris. We did have a tree service come in and remove all the big stuff but now we are contending with the small stuff. I have used my BX 2380's FEL to help push up this stuff into a pile. I have thought about getting one and in my research I came across one that attaches to both the three point and the quick attach in the front. It has the option to be rotated 360 so you can basically push material ahead of you. Has anyone got or used this setup?

The tines on the Vevor rake are what you get on a landscape rake. The frame on the Vevor rake looks to be very thin and lightweight. I have a landscape rake that was built way better than that and managed to bend and break it to the point I had to buy heavy angle and rebuild it.

What you may need is a lawn sweeper.

I bought a Vevor commercial sink faucet for 1/3 the price of the one I had to replace it with a short while after installing it. Vevor products are cheep and the price reflects it. That's great if that is what you can afford. I own a [frontier] rake and am glad they are heavy duty. I constantly break tines but the unit itself is in great condition.

I have bought a few things from Vevor, and they are "hit and miss" IMHO.

I bought one of those rakes from Tractor Supply on a whim....

I took it back later that day. I just did not like it's "fit and finish"

That rake looks like a "you get what you pay for" scenario.....

But 500 bones is not a "huge gamble" either I suppose.

Reassessing my needs. Don't mind spending on quality but not if it will not work for what I need done. Thanks for the replies.

I bought a Land Pride rake, and it works very well for picking the small rocks out of the ground. Mine came with wheels, and the only thing that it doesn't have is the drop-down blade to smooth the surface as you rake the loose material. I have yet to price the parts to add it to my rake, and I did have one on my smaller CAT-0 York Modern rake. Mine is a crude 1960s model that requires extensive work to return it to usable condition.

The tines are a bit wide so had this mesh laying around so put it on to check It out. Haven’t used it yet but the mesh is for collecting small stuff, like leaves and small branches. Still have some tweaking to do Before I test it out.
