Sorry wasn't trying to offend, I was just clarifying, just brought it up so you wouldn't give up on helping find the answer to AshleyBS55's problem.
In my eyes, everyone has something to input, and your no exception, your input on problems can be very positive.

The round part with the 2 bolts is the high pressure supply input, if you loosen or remove it hydraulic oil will come out of there at a very high pressure and rate when the engine is running.
Don't force the bolts, breaking one of them would be disastrous, If you take another picture of the side with the control valve and relief valve I can point where to pull out the relief valve to check for pump pressure. and if your problem is in the control valve it's in that same area.
Looking at schematics it looks like you might have a feed back lever, and that is also known for causing 3 point problems.
