OK, I am not sure if it is something with the valve assembly, or what, but discovered today that the 3 point is not raising up. I installed the 3rd Function, quick attach remote kit over the weekend which is all working properly, but now the 3 point doesn't go up.

Does someone have a diagram of the hydraulic circuit with the 3rd function, QAR assembly?

One thing to note, when I was installing the brackets on the loader I moved the 4 coupler bracket to the outside as per the manual and the tilt did not work, it just went to over pressure, neither up or down worked until I moved the bracket back to where they originally installed it, they being the dealer.

I am not clear on exactly what you installed so I can't provide a diagram of it. Here is your loader plumbing - two lines going to the hydraulic outlet block on the side of the tractor. A typical third function kit would be plumbed in as shown in my marked up parts diagram:

  1. Disconnect hose #60 at hydraulic block and reconnect it to P or IN port on third function valve
  2. Run a new hose from T or OUT port on third function valve back to open port on hydraulic block
That's all it takes.

OK, I didn't put the tractor type in and just noticed it shows my B2410. I also have an L4060, should have noted it. I installed the L2272 kit. I am going though everything at the moment and can't see that I missed anything.

I am beginning to think that the power beyond is not getting back to the HST and may be dumping into the return. IIRC on the circuit, that pressure feeds to the loader valve, and when not in use, pressure runs via the Power Beyond circuit to provide pressure for the lift. I think I will hook up my wood splitter to the 3rd function to purge it and see if maybe that is where the problem lies.

Without the diagram though, just guessing at it.

OK '- I looked at your other threads a day or so ago. The plumbing is the same simple circuit as I diagrammed. Power beyond feed from the loader valve to tractor gets moved to IN on the 3rd function valve block and the outlet from the 3rd function block goes back to the tractor.

I will look over your other thread to see the specifics of what you did.

Watch it be as simple as having the two lines crossed at the frame. Going to get it in the garage in a bit to verify.

I found the problem. Wait until you see how easy it was to get this messed up.

Inlet hose is orange, that one I got right or nothing would have worked. PowerBeyond is Green hose. Outlet is grey.

left to right is supposed to be Orange, Grey Green. Looks correct, see the green?

Pull back the sleeve and its a different story.

Marks are not very big.

Looks like I have to reverse those two lines.
