Hello all,

I have fathomed most of the controls now on my new B1400 but there is an adjuster to the right of the seat attached to the upper right arm of the 3 point link and the hydraulic control arm.
All is working well at the moment so i do not really want to play with it without knowing what it does.

Doe any one out there know?

Cheers all.

The numbers on the sticker go from 1 to 6.
There is a little lever you unscrew and slide a pointer along the numbers locking it off where you chose.
I stood on the arms and at number one the lower links are on the floor when the lift is lowered and at number 6 i barely went down any distance before it stopped moving.
I have not done this with any weight on the are though. What purpose this is for i still do not know.

Cheers.

It appears to me to be the lever which moves the three point up and down. Moving to the rear of the tractor raises it while forward movement lowers it. There is an adjustable stop to set the lower limit. Below the seat is a control which sets the speed of descent of the implement on the three point. The three point is not powered down, gravity lowers it.

Hello Roadworthy,

It is not the lever for the lift, that is a long one with a red knob. I think you are right though that it is the adjuster to set the lower stop for the lift, i will give it a go with some weight and see.
I have no adjuster under my seat for the speed of descent as far as i see though.
Cheers.
