3 point hitch pins

I purchased a used 5 ft Kubota blower 3 years ago for a good price,it had some modifications done to it,not certain why but the two lower angles were sliced and bent and then goop welded(not factory welds).
So yesterday blowing the snow one of the angles weld's(sort of) broke,now my question to the group here is the pin that attaches to the tractor's 3 point hitch, is it just regular mild steel or is it a higher grade as I would like to fab two new angles complete less the goop welds.

Hitch pins are semi hard, to hard they will crack, snap and break, too soft and they will bend or wear excessively.

If you want to do it simple just do like jimmy joe said, and get a set of bolt on pins.

Thanks for the replies,confirmed they are not mild steel,the drill bit told me so
