I recently acquired a B1750 and have been trying to find an economical blade for it. According to the owner's manual, it should take a cat I implement, but all that I've looked at (new and/or used) are just too big; i.e. even if the pins would fit, the 3 pt on the tractor won't lift high enough to get the blade off the ground, and the width of the pins on the implement is wider than what I can spread the lower arms on the 3 point.

Does anyone have data (i.e. brand & model #) on aftermarket blades that will fit this tractor? I live in a fairly remote place, shopping-wise, and would like to be sure of what I buy before driving 200 miles only to find out that it won't work.

I looked up local farm supplies in your area. It would appear that Murdoch's carry's King Kutter rear blades. I would think a 6ft blade would work fine behind your 1750 as I used one behind a 16hp B7100. You can gain some lift for rear blade by shortening the top link too. Good Luck!!

Disconnecting the check chains will allow the arms to go wide enough then after implement is connected reconnect the check chains. ;)

According to tractor data, they list your tractor with 41.1" width on R1's.

Here is your best option given your issues! These are meant for subcompacts but should cover your track even with it angled, lighter and shorter moldboard to gain clearance. FYI do the adjustments mentioned above for top link and lower sway links to gain better height and ease of install.

Thanx. This looks like the best option I've seen so far.

I bought a nice used cat I but couldn't get the lower arms high enough to reach the lower pins. Sold it at a lost. Since then I've been measuring pretty carefull before I lay any money. The Keen Kutter at Murdochs will require disassembling the 3pt to hook up and will only lift 2-3 inches off the ground. Not real handy for our situation.
