I have a Kubota B7610. Had been working perfectly fine. After hooking up three-point mower deck, arms will not lower. They would raise but not lower. Now They Are Up but will not go down. All other hydraulics seem to be working just fine. No changes had been made to system before issue occurred. With tractor off when I move the lever two the raised arm position I hear a click when the lever is relaxed back to center from where the linkage actually enters the hydraulic housing. When I push the lever to the lower arm position there is no click when lever is relaxed. Attached is a picture of where I am hearing the click . The point which the lever connect to the hydraulic housingt gearbox. Sorry for any improper phrasing/ terminology. Any ideas or information are appreciated. I would like to dig into this as little as possible but do plan on draining, refilling and replacing filters for hydraulic system with repair. At the end of the day it takes whatever it takes to get it resolved. Thank you for your time!

Have you checked the knob under the front of the seat? If it was turned the arms will go up but not lower.

If you have multiple mounting points for the top link, sometimes one location or other will put the arms, pto shaft and top link in a bind. Had a similar issue with my finish mower the first time I hooked it up. Had to actually lift the back of the mower slightly to get it to free up. Dropped the top link down to a lower hole on the tractor and that kept it from binding. :)
