2601 vs B26

I am trying to decide between 2601or B26
What is it that I can't do with B26 that I can with 2601?
Why wouldn't I choose B26?
Just price maybe?

I am in the process of building a house and may contract
Myself out as a business while I'm waiting for permits etc.

Your suggestions/ advice is appreciated

Do you want a tractor or a backhoe? Need the mid mount mower? If not, an L is a better unit

B26 is just a 2601 with a factory fitted backhoe. But my recollection (which may not be accurate) is it's fitted slightly differently - less easy to remove? Stronger subframe? Something like that. It's a dedicated machine for rental businesses or construction companies, it's designed to take a bit more beating. I think Messicks had a video on youtube addressing the various Kubota TLBs.

If you mostly want to use a backhoe, then probably an excellent machine. If you want a B2601 with the option of a back hoe sometimes, I think maybe the B2601 then add on a back hoe might be better.

Your dealer should have advice on this?
