Who has a 2501 or 2650 and uses a rear mount finish mower ?
What size do you use. I'm sure it will handle a 5 footer but I'm hoping for 6.

I would say 5' would be best but you might handle a 6' if you only cut short grass.
I have a 6' behind a L3000 (27 pto hp) and it's all it wants if the grass is tall.

I have a B2320 and use a Land Pride 60" with no problems whatsoever.
I would have considered a 72" if it weren't for many trees and landscaping items.

Ive got a L2501 with a brand new land pride FDR1672 finish mower. Ive only used it a few times but it works great with the tractor. Too bad you werent closer I could give you heck of a deal on it. My yard just isnt user friendly for it and I think I will have to go to a zero turn.

I also mow 3 acres out back with my B2650 and a Land Pride FDR 1672 finish mower. The tractor handles it no problem. Been very happy with it.

Thanks for the input. I'll be moving to Texas this spring and will be buying the first week.
