If you have a front mount snowblower, the first thing I would do is CHANGE the airfilter, and take the old one into the house to dry out.
Second thing would be to look for fuel problems. Do you have a water separator on that model? Check it for water.
Do you have winter diesel and have you added a cetane booster to inhibit fuel gelling? Fuel clean? Temperature in your neck of the woods?
Type in P3001 into the search box in forum and you will find some old problems, including ones dealing with cold weather kits not being installed. However those were on different models from yours.
Nevertheless, if wet air filter, water in the fuel, or fuel gelling additives don't solve it, recommend you call dealer.
