2018 m7060 turbo noise

Hi I noticed at 2000 rpm I get I humming noise coming from what seems to be where turbo is located.... under 2000 rpm it’s not there.

One way to get to the bottom of noise related issues is to take a video documenting when and how it makes the noise and then post the video on youtube and give us a link to see it.

Have you discussed this turbocharger noise with your Kubota dealers service manager?

I put a straight pipe on my M9 (and left the muffler on the 105). I can really hear the turbo spool up in the 9, usually about 1700 rpm with no load and 1000 rpm under load. Kind of hums as well. Nice sound really.

My 2018 M7060HD12 (no cab) does not make a whine when I rev up to 2000+ rpms. It sounds no different than sitting at 1200 rpm other than more RPMs.
