All, My l3400 will start and run under load for roughly 15min. After that time the engine starts to drop RPM. I have changed the fuel filter several time and chacked the flow from the tank. took a long shot and changed the air filter today and ran with the fuel cap loose. The RPMs will drop until i take the load off of the PTO then i can get RPM for a min or two. Any help would be much appreciated.
