2007 L 4240 HST with LA 854 Loader-Lock Lever disengages & stops the joystick

Lock Lever to joystick will not stay in engaged position, locking the joystick off. I have lubricated the lever and stick as much as I can reach from the exterior of the housing above the access hole under the seat. Any suggestions to keep the lever engaged?
