Absolutely DEMAND a full system flush and an extended warranty at no cost to you. Or they can have it back.

Even though it has filters, I have seen this happen on large Cat excavators and they were not flushed good enough and they destroyed themselves shortly afterwards.

Demanding and making threats will get you only what is spelled out in the Warranty agreement that you signed. You can ask for extras, but start making demands and see where it gets you, especially when your signature is on the warrant liability and limitations papers.

Sometimes Kubota will approve a full system flush if you file a pre-approval and present a good case for doing it, including pictures.

Well worked for me. I got extended warranty from Kubota and a free service from dealer when my dealer gave me my new K-Connect with no oil in the gear boxes.
Voice you concerns and don't be an a-hole and sometimes you will be surprised with what you can get.

I had a "fix as fails" transmission TSB performed on my tractor and they wouldn't even pay for fresh fluid or filters. I asked the dealer if they were draining the fluid if I could just pay for the fluid and filters and they wanted to charge me an extra $550. I spent $250 for the parts and changed it myself as soon as I returned home with it.

I talked the service advisor into sending me the service instructions for the operation and it actually said to reuse the drained fluid.

yes, it's not uncommon, or wasn't when I was doing it.
