2 wire dynamo

I managed to snag both wires on my two-wire dynamo (B7100d) at the dynamo. Both wires are light blue. I looked at the wiring diagram, but I cannot determine which wire from the harness goes to which wire coming out of the dynamo. I image it matters. Can anyone enlighten me?

The best thing about this situation is either blue wire does not matter.
If you start at the regulator/ rectifier you should find a harness heading for the dynamo with two blue wires. Connect either blue wire in the harness to either blue wire from the dynamo. There is no correct way.
Usually there is a bullet type connector close to the dynamo for each wire.
Can you post a picture.

Both are AC - either way works as Dave explains............. hook em up and fire it up.
