Picked this up today. I searched the net trying to identify, but found nothing. I HAD a Ferguson 2-14 that my farm chewed up and spit out. Turned the triangle from the top link mount down into a pretzel. Anyway, saw this on CL and it looked pretty stout in the pictures and it was even heftier in person. I thought it may be a trip plow, but the owner didn't even know what that was or make/model. Anyway, if anyone has a clue for me, it would be greatly appreciated. It's a j.i case plow made to hook up to their dc, sc, vac tractors with an eagle hitch. The c bracket is what gave it away for me. Should be 1940 to 1950 eara, and design changed over time. Wrong brand for me to know the exact model #.

FRF, Thanks for the great info! The fourth pic seems to have the same upper 'running gear' as mine. Anyone know the model?

No problem. With all that info you should be able to find the model# pretty quickly digging around online. Most of those pictures were from the yesterday tractors site.
