Hi all,

I'm relatively new to tractors such as these & an in need of a small tractor with a bucket, blade & tiller to do landscaping on our new acreage. I found an '89 B7200HST with about 525 hours on it & a number of attachments that fits my budget. It's a significant distance away so haven't seen it in person only pictures, but they look good from what I can tell. Owner says it's received regular servicing & there's no concerns with it.
Are there any areas that I should be concerned with it or things that should've or will need to be replaced or receive attention due to its age & hours? Any other comments would be appreciated.
Attachments include:
- Allied Buhler 60 inch front end loader,
- Model FL1000 42 inch 3 point hitch rototiller
- Model B2551 50 inch snowblower with quick connect attachment and hydraulic shoot
- Model RC 60-72H 60 inch mid-mount mower
- 76 x24 inch blade on a quick connect attachment

Thanks for the feedback

B7200 is a real solid model.
Nothing jumps out as a problem area.
Check all fluids and make sure they are up and clean, besides the motor oil, it will always be black as coal!
Run it back and forth and make sure it doesn't hesitate or lag. ;)

It might be to your benefit to find someone familiar with tractors to go with you to give it the "once over" to confirm what the owner is telling you. Better to know before hand then to buy something then ask, "How'd I do?"

Im thinking the 7200 is the same as my 9200 with a 3 digit hour meter. Once it gets to 1000 hours it rolls back to 000. Just a thought.

It possibly could have wrapped around, however by looking at the tractor I and a friend who used to work on them for our local Public Works both feel that the 522 hours is pretty accurate.

thanks for the input though.
