Hello All,
I have an early 70's L200 that I have recently inherited and I am have some issues getting it started. I've done quite a bit of re-wiring, new glow plugs, tossed in a new battery, drained and replaced fuel, oil, etc. At this point it has compression but I don't think it is getting fuel. how would I go about checking to see if the fuel pump is working properly? Also, the resistance coil begins to smoke when I am trying to start it.
Any help, tips, suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thank You
