Newbe here, I have been searching the posts and not finding my issue, so here goes, I have a B7200 with a 1630 FEL, the bucket curl works fine, however the lift may or may not work, usually its fine until the fluid warms up which is pretty quick, I have taken the valve apart and replaced the o rings (store bought), and now I'm thinking of ordering the right kit, or replacing it with a new control, just not sure what unit to use, OEM @$750 isn't going to happen, the other things I have checked are fluid, the screen filter, new main filter and fluid etc, any thought or suggestions, gannon works fine at all times

Not familiar with that loader, but you might consider swapping the lines from the curl to the lift- if the problem persists, it's probably a problem with the lift cylinders; if the problem moves to the curl & the lift works, it's probably in the spool valve.

I agree with little foot - if the valve is good, look at the cylinders. Because it works when cold the connections must be correct. I'd suspect the fluid is bypassing the seals. Here is a YouTube link on this issue.

Like Lil Foot said, swap the lines from the lift to the dump and see if the problem stays with the lift.
If it stays with the lift, then the issue is in one or both of the lift cylinders.
If it moves to the curl then it's the valve.

Thanks for the help, I did swap the lines with the curl, the bucket would lift but not lower, after watching the video I will plug the lines and see what happens, kinda looking like it maybe the ram seals, but this will narrow it down thanks again, I will let you know what I find out... great video, most helpful

Jerry, welcome to the forum.

A loader valve should be rebuildable with the proper O rings. Unless a spool gets ruined somehow, that's about all there is.
