So my Kubota L245DT apparently has only 1 speed PTO, which I am guessing is 540 rpm. I have read that these came with 3 speed standard, so I am wondering why this is the case and if it would be possible to convert it to 3 speed. Hopefully someone more knowledgeable on these could chime in. Thanks a lot for any info.

According to tractordata.com that model did have a three speed PTO. Most implements run from a 540 rpm PTO so I'm not sure you'd need anything else.

Left of your drive transmission lever is the PTO range lever, with 3 speeds. If not, check your data plate (also right side) for model #. I bought an L225 once with a L245 hood and decals - took me a couple days to figure out why it was different from my L245 haha!
