    tire centers

Does anyone know if 6 hole wheel centers can be taken out of a 24" wheel to replace an 8 hole center on a 24" wheel? Is a tire size 17.5 x24 the same as 420-70-24? Thank You

    Glow plugs

Finally solved my glow plug problem. Changed the timer, controller and glow relay. Changed them out one at a time to find out exactly which one was the problem. As it turned out the controller was the culprit. Hopes this helps anyone else that gets the same problem. Easy fix. I have never...

    Glow plugs

Seemed when I played with the key the glow plugs worked properly, so I changed the ignition switch. Still didn't work properly. Tired of fooling with it, I ordered the timer, controller and relay. I figured if I have to go that far to dismantle the dash I might as well change the three parts...

    Cutting Edge

Recently purchased a new cutting edge for my L3010 with an ATI bucket from the dealer. The old on was installed with the beveled end facing down. The new one came with the bolts installed from ATI which would indicate that the beveled end would be installed facing up. Does anyone know which...

    Glow plugs

I have a 2000 L3010 with 1300 hours on it. Lately the glow plugs don't stay on long enough to preheat the engine. Sometimes they come back on after the tractor has started. This causes the starter to turn over longer to start. Any ideas? Are the glow plugs toast and if so is this a big job...

    Glow plugs

I have a 2000 L3010. Glow plugs don't seem to stay on as long as usual, and the tractor seems to take longer to start. Maine weather is just going to get colder. Do you think the glow plugs are going, and if so, is it a big job to change them? Thank You, George

    Frustrated L3010 Owner

Mystery solved. Changed the ignition switch and so far the problem has dissapeared. Thanks to all who offered suggestions, it was greatly appreciated. Lesson learned. After spending hundreds of dollars on selenoids and starter, the problem was a 31.00 part , ouch. Beware on this model...

    Frustrated L3010 Owner

I have a 2000 L3010 GST. Sometimes it starts right up. Othertimes it will click a few times before it turns over and statrs. I have replaced the battery, starter, cellenoid, cleaned the ground cable and reattached, although it wasn't really corroded. I tried grounding directly to the engine...
