Have you opened the starter, it maybe bad contact in sliding contact surface, it is easy to open a starter and loog inside whether the sliding contacts are burned or some other dust is inside!

I have problem that frond wheel drive is locking off on L1-455, I adjusted the manual knob, but the problem remins it is locking off regulary, maybe somebody has Idea what could be the problem?

Hey, maybe somebody has idea how to find problem why battery is not charging, I repaired generator itselwes, but the problem remains, on all details are just on japanese, sorry I do not understand it, maybe somebody has electrical shematics of L1-455? Janis
