I have a similar issue, my pin is lock to the dipper, and it shears the bolt into three pieces. The BH works fine but I know it will eventually wear the pin or the boom hole causing a major issue. Somehow the Pin and Dipper are sort of welded together, rotating the pin with the dipper movement.

The dipper pin is shearing the bolt. Anyone having this problem. It is like the pin is welded to the dipper. The backhoe works OK but eventually the pin and the boom will have to wear causing bigger problems
